The site (approximately 4.2 hectares) is located to the south of Croft village and is currently accessed from Broughton Road, via a route which currently serves the kennels business at Croft Lodge Farm and two residential dwellings.
Access to a regular Sunday car boot sale to the south is via a private driveway that crosses the site to an adjoining field.
The Site is comprised largely of horse paddocks. To the south west is an established woodland that will be retained, together with the individual mature trees within the site.
