THE EVENT

We are holding a public consultation and engagement event at:

CROFT

14:00 – 20:00

ON 24 APRIL 2024

You are invited as a local resident or business to attend the event and review the information boards for the development proposals and provide feedback. We hope you are able to attend, however if you cannot, the exhibition boards and feedback form will be available on this website, until 5 May 2024.

Your comments will be taken into consideration and will inform our proposals as the design process progresses.

NEXT STEPS

Following engagement with the local community, Bellway Homes proposes to submit an outline planning application to Blaby District Council. The Council will then formally consult local residents and statutory consultees on the proposals, and they will consider the comments received before making a decision.

Subject to the granting of the outline planning permission, Bellway Homes will then submit a ‘Reserved Matters’ application, which will include details of the site layout, plans of the proposed houses and internal roads and landscaping details. This will be a formal application which the Council will again consult the local community on.
