LAND AT
CROFT LODGE

Public Consultation

Bellway Homes Limited is delighted to promote the residential development of land at Croft Lodge Farm, Croft. An outline planning application is currently being prepared for the site, with the aim of securing the principle of residential development for up to 95 residential properties, consisting of a mix of market and affordable homes along with publicly accessible open space.

We wish to engage with the local community to present our proposals for the site and seek your views on them prior to submitting a planning application to Blaby District Council in the coming weeks.

VISION FOR THE SITE

The overarching vision for land at Croft Lodge Farm is to deliver high-quality, sustainable housing via a landscape-led masterplanning approach. The scheme seeks to enhance ecological assets and respect the existing green infrastructure, whilst successfully integrating with the existing community.
